Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or amended.


AUSX Collection

If your order from the AUSX Collection does not meet your expectations, and it complies with our Returns Policy below, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Amending or Cancelling Orders

  • In-stock items may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, excluding sale items.

  • Contact us at hello@ausxstore.co with your order number to submit a request.

  • Amendments can be made for size, colour, or products of equal value, provided sufficient stock is available.

  • If your request cannot be accommodated, please cancel the item and place a new order.


Pre-Order Policy

  1. All pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

  2. Estimated pre-order turnaround times will be listed in the product description.

  3. You will be notified via email when your order is expected to ship.

  4. We will make and ship pre-order products in line with the estimated ship date. If this changes, we will notify you by email.

  5. Pre-orders containing items with different ship dates will be shipped in full, not partially.

  6. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders if we cannot meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ). Full refunds will be issued for any cancelled pre-orders.


Returns Policy – “Always AUSX”

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused)

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return:

  • If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Pre-orders

  • Gift cards

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
